In order to best serve you, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to your appointment. For new spa guests, you will have a first time form to fill out prior to the beginning of your service. Arriving late will limit the time of your service; which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the service.
We require credit card number for new guest appointments, Spa packages or group parties. As a courtesy to our service providers a minimum 24 hours cancellation notice is required for appointments, 48 hours for any Spa package reservations, multiple services(3 or more), or party of 3 or more people, and 1 week cancellation notice for group party of 6 or more guests. All late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% price. Existing clients who no call /no show scheduled appointments will be required to prepay for future services.
We accept most major credit cards, or cash. Personal checks are not excepted.. Prices are subject to change at any time.
At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted by our staff since they are not included in our service prices.
Should a need arise to exchange a product we ask that you bring the product back within 30 days with more than 75% of the product remaining. A product exchange or store credit will be made available.
As a courtesy to our guest receiving spa services, please turn your cell phones off before entering the spa area and please maintain a quiet level of conversation in and around the spa area.
For the safety of both the children and decor and products, “Children must be actively attended to by an adult (one who is not receiving services) at all times” If a baby or child is being extremely loud and is disrupting spa services, The parents will be asked to move them to another area .
Our Gift Certificates are available for any service, package or product and are refundable with a 5% return fee. If you lost your Gift Certificate, we can look it up in our system Your certificate does have an expiration date. Should there be a price increase after your certificate was issued, you will not be responsible for the difference as long as you are redeeming the certificate within 12 months of the issue date. For the safety and health of our staff and our other guests we ask that you reschedule your service if you are ill and are possibly contagious. Our staff will refuse service if there are signs of sickness.
Any attempts to contact our staff outside of Metro the Spa and salon will result in an immediate ban from our spa and salon. It is unacceptable to ask our staff for services outside of our place of business or to contact them through social media, other internet means, phone, or in person. Also inappropriate requests during services will result in an instant ban.
